disagree：同意しません！※明快
can’t agree：うーん。よく考えたけどやっぱり同意できないな〜
So, what is the difference between “I disagree” and “I can’t agree“?
Well, “I disagree” is a very clear cut.
I don’t agree. The end.
Whereas, if you say “I can’t agree“,
it implies that you’ve made an effort, you’ve thought about it.
“Hmm…”, but at the end of the day, “Sorry, I can’t agree”.
2). That’s not how I see it. For me, Keith did nothing wrong. On the contrary, he negotiated very strongly.
