ここでサッカーをやらないように言ったでしょう?
→母親の意識：”Do you remember? (あの時言ったわよね、覚えている?) “
あくまで過去の出来事の上にある

ここでサッカーをやらないように言ったでしょう?
→”And now, look what’s happened.（ちゃんと言ったのにそれで今何が起こったのか見て”）
※今の有様に意識が置かれている
