すべてのミーティングに、つまりミーティングには毎回出席しなければなりません。
all：グループすべてをひっくるめて「全部」というおおらかな表現
every：グループを構成するメンバーひとつひとつに緻密に目をやる「すべて」
※every meeting の meetingは単数形。ひとつひとつに目をやる感覚
all ひっくるめて全部といったおおらかな意味
= ひとつのものの全部 = すなわち全体（whole）の使い方

国中が自国のチームの勝利に熱狂した。
国１つ、「その全体」だから was excited と単数扱い
all のおおらかな「全部」が語句を強調する

And you imagine action going on.
