imagine 想像する（心にイメージを抱く）
相手に寄り添う暖かな使い方がimagineにはある

ご家族を思って寂しくしている気持ちをお察しします。
So, could you explain the nuance of “miss your family“?
For me, the basic image of “miss” is something that’s not complete.
In this case, it’s my family, I’m separate from my family.
So, I don’t feel complete. Therefore, I miss them.
Yeah, my feeling is similar as well.
as well = too
So, my image of “miss your family” is like, I have a hole in my heart. So, I’m missing my family. I have a hole in my heart. I’m so lonely.
So that’s my feel of it.
