２つの文の違い

トムを信じています
believe in in (～の中)→信頼が内部深くに及んでいる感じがする。トムの人となり・人格・価値に及ぶ

allではなくeveryone→everyは個々のメンバーに気配りをした単語。
そこからeveryoneには「誰しもが」という非常に強い語調が生まれている。
allだと少しぼやけた感じ

3). I believe in free education.
believe inを使う事で、確固たる強い信念が感じられる。
