– Well, they were tough negotiators, but in the end I believe they will agree to most of them.
– Well done. I’m sure the boss will be delighted.
pretty とても ※veryより弱い。砕けたニュアンス
put forward 提示する、前に出す
agree to 同意する 物や意見に同意する時toが好まれる
delighted （上から光が降りてくるような）喜び

force 強制する
You don’t have to accept. Nobody’s forcing you.
受け入れることはないよ。誰も無理強いしているわけじゃないから。

So basically the force is kind of like an image of breaking down
the door that’s locked. The door won’t open, so you force it open.
