So, why is “with” used here?
Well, you know, I think it’s like an example we had before of a tool.
How did you fix it? When you have a screwdriver in your hand,
so I fixed it with the screwdriver.
Here, how did you provide those children? Well, I have food in my hand. So I provided children with food.
Yeah, that’s a really good explanation.

So, why are “office supplies” called office supplies?
A basic idea here is there always needed.
