7時まではいるよ
untill, till その時まで状態が続いている様
「その時」まで状態が続き、そのあとはどこかに行くイメージ
I’ll be there until 7:00.
7時までいるよ（その後は何処かに行く）
※ till は軽く述べているイメージ
“By” focuses on the end point.
So you’ll reach there at the latest by 7.
Whereas, if you say, “I’ll be there until 7.” means “You’re there”.
And you will continue to be there until 7. And then you go.
