between「〜の間に」と訳される前置詞
ひとつひとつがキッチリ区別・分かれている
among の代わりに in を使うと…

→ It’s like, the people have swallowed this someone. 飲み込まれた感じ
inからは「容器の中」が連想され、人々を容器とみなすことはできないのでおかしい。

「between=二つ」「among=三つ以上」
※between 「2者間」が典型的。ハッキリしているものの間なら3者以上にも
